Add as many Staff Members your business needs, whenever you want, without restrictions. You control what they can see within the "Client Area" as well as the "Control Panel". You can allow Staff Members to have "Control Panel" access without having "Client Area" access and vice-versa. Keep in mind that adding their correct cell phone number will ensure they receive SMS alerts for "Sales Leads" and customer replies.

Keep in mind "Staff Members" that have "Client Area" access can control certain sections of your account so double check all permissions in Step 6 below.

Step 1 - Click the "Sign In" Button On The Top Right Of Any Page

Step 2 - Click the "New Staff Members" text left on the left side

Step 3 - Enter your Staff Member's information and click the "Permission to login to Control Panel" check box

Step 4 - Check each section you want your Staff Member to view and manage - Press the green "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page

Step 5 - Click the "Activate Sub-Account" check box to allow your Staff Member to have "Client Area" access.

Step 6 - Check each section you want your Staff Member to view and manage - Press the green "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page

Step 7 - Your "Staff Members" will appear on the left side of the "Client Area" home page. Click your listed "Staff Member" to edit and manage their permissions
