How To Add and Manage Your Staff Members And Their Access Levels

At Chatbot.Systems, we recognize that your staff members are a vital component of your business. We also recognize that each staff member may need to access different parts of your Chatbot.Systems business to be an effective member of your team.

For Instance, you might need to grant access levels to your Sales Team to manage services related to the sales of your products, while granting different access levels to your Administrative Team so they can handle billing and managing of services in general.

Therefore Chatbots.Systems created the ability to manage the visibility of our services for specific staff members. Here at Chatbots.Systems we refer to this as "Access Levels." Access levels allow you to fully customize and manage the parts of your business your staff members can interact with based on your needs.

As your company grows and changes, you might need to add or remove an Access Level from a staff member. With just the click of a button, you can remove a staff member and all their Access Levels. You will always have full control over staff member access levels through Chatbots.Systems.

Step 1 - Click the "+ New Staff Members" on the left or the "Staff Members" link under the "User Tab" on the right

Step 2 - Enter the staff member information and cell number to enable text message alerts

Step 3 - Click the check box under “Permission to login to Control Panel” box to grant and expand staff member access levels

Step 4 - Check all boxes as shown in the image below. Set a unique password and click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the website.

When you add your "Staff Member" and first press the green "Save Changes" button, an email is sent to your Staff Member with their username and password to the Control Panel or Client Area. Click the red "Delete Contact" button to remove your Staff Member from having access to your account and services altogether.
