How To Order and Manage New Services In The Client Area

You control your Services along with the access levels granted to your Staff Members from within the Client Area at Chatbots.Systems.

Our system will automatically create your service after initial payment is received. Some services may require additional information that can only be provided by a Facebook Administrator while the service is being attached to your Facebook page. Other DNS, Domain, and Web Services are nitially configured manually and then created automatically without human intervention.

Each service you purchase from Chatbots.Systems has the ability to be controlled by your Staff Members. Click the “Staff Member Permissions” link on the left side of the page to grant your Staff Members access to control a particular service.

Step 1 - Click the “My Services” link under the “Services” tab or the Blue services button

Step 2 - Click the blue “Authorize Our Admin” button to have us connect your Chatbot or click the “Continue and Connect” button to access the connection wizard

Step 3 - Once you complete the Connection Wizard, the blue “Control Panel” buttons will appear

Step 4 - Click the “Staff Member Permissions” link on the left to set specific Staff Member access levels

Step 5 - Click the “Order New Services” link under the Services tab to order more services

Step 6 - Click the “Request Cancellation” link on the left to cancel service

Step 7 - Briefly describe your reason for cancellation by choosing an option from the drop down menu. Click the yellow “Request Cancellation” button to complete cancellation request
