Add and Remove Your Credit Cards From With The Client Area

Once you have successfully added a credit card, the system will automatically charge the card until:

  1. Your credit card expires
  2. Your credit card is declined
  3. You replace the credit card on file
  4. You cancel your service

If you do not want your credit card to be automatically billed each month, or you would like to use a different credit card, login to the client area to remove or replace your credit card from Chatbots.Systems.

See the below for steps to remove or replace your credit card from within the Client Area at Chatbots.Systems.

Step 1 - Click the “Manage Credit Card” link under the User Tab on the right

Step 2 - Click the red “Delete Saved Card Details” button to remove your current credit

Step 3 - Click "OK" on the confirmation popup window

Step 4 - Enter new credit card details and click the green “Save Changes” button

Step 5 - Once successfully saved, the new Credit Card information (last 4 numbers only) will appear in the box on the right
