Per Facebook rules, the message center can only be used to send none-sale promotions. We help you navigate the fine line between notifying FB users of dealership events versus advertising. Have ongoing conversations that get results. You can use Messenger to reach people at scale, then continue to interact with each of them individually. Whether they want to learn about a new product or need to resolve an issue, you can tailor your interactions to meet their specific needs—and get closer to your business goals, one conversation at a time. Send rich media and file attachments, like PDF's, zip files, voice messages and video through the Chatbot and soon directly from your website!
Set the interest rate and number of finance year options in the Control Panel to allow car shoppers to better understand their approximate monthly payment amount when applying for financing through the Chatbot.
Staff members can now send requested information inside Conversations. Conversations is where your Staff communicates with each consumer. Examples of what can be sent include vehicles, business hours, credit app requests, voice communications and more. Staff members can transfer consumers they are communicating with to another Staff member in real time. Consumers send their contact information with each request via text messaging. Leads are synced automatically to any CRM or DMS. Simple text message leads and inquiries are sent to Staff Members via Text Alerts. Coming Soon.
Website Widget Upgrade
The website widget opens to show a Text Messenger and Facebook Messenger when pressed. Consumers will be tracked from website to their Facebook accounts when they connect. Texts that are leads will automatically be synced to your Dealer CRM. All messages will be logged under the Messages section of the control panel. Also logged are all Text Messages, Facebook Voice Messages and Mobile Text Messages. Coming Soon.
Test drive routines inform the Facebook user 1 day before and 1 hour before a scheduled Test Drive. This feature is activated once a Staff member accepts a consumer scheduled test drive.

Welcome Intro Images
We now have 4 sets of images that are randomly shown as you connect to the Chatbot. These images are in a ratio specified by Facebook. Uploading your images will resize them and replace the default images.
Personalize Your Chatbot
Add and remove Menu Links to better showcase your dealership. Change the subject of the routines in the menu links from Cars to RVs, Campers, Harley's, Motorcycles, Boats or Airplanes.
Text alerts are globally activated for the account owner and staff members via Chatbot Settings area. Text message alerts are sent to each or some departments. For instance, Sales Staff can opt out of receiving Service Staff texts.
All leads that are generated either by Text Messages or Chatbot routines can be synced automatically to your Dealer CRM. Enter your lead email address, click the auto sync button, save and all leads will be synced to your CRM, along with Staff Text Message Alerts.
